Have more than one Rakuten account? Follow the steps below to delete one of your accounts.

Log in to the Rakuten account you want to delete. Go to Privacy Preferences in your Account. For security reasons, you may be asked to log in again.

Select Delete my account. Once you confirm you want to delete your account, that account will be removed from Rakuten. Deleting an account can't be undone and you will not have access to any information for the deleted account.

What if I have Cash Back remaining in the account I want to delete?
When you delete your account, you have two options:

Choose to receive your remaining confirmed Cash Back balance.

Delete your account immediately without receiving your confirmed Cash Back.
If you choose to wait for your Cash Back, we’ll send it via your current payment method. Don’t have a payment method set up? Choose how you want to get paid.
What if I still have some pending Cash Back in the account I want to delete?
We can only send Cash Back that is confirmed in your account. If you have any pending Cash Back or bonuses, we recommend waiting until they’re confirmed before deleting your account. If you don’t want to wait, you can still delete your account, but you won’t receive any pending Cash Back or bonuses from the account you want to delete.
Will I still be able to access my Cash Back and payment history from the account I want to delete?
No. Once you delete your account, you will not be able to log in and see your Cash Back, payment history or any other account information including linked credit cards, favorite stores and more for the account you delete.
